Educational purpose only

Hydrotopoly is an offline educational and journaling app about beginner hydroponic growing. It provides general learning material and a private place to record your own observations. It is not professional horticultural, food-safety, chemical, or electrical advice.

Important safety notice. Growing involves water, electrical equipment, nutrient chemicals and food you may eat. Always follow the instructions and safety data sheets supplied with your own seeds, nutrients, meters and equipment, and the electrical-safety rules for your country. The app does not diagnose plant problems, does not verify food safety, and does not guarantee any harvest. When in doubt, stop and consult a qualified local professional or the product manufacturer.

No warranty

The app and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Plant images are illustrative. Any dates, milestones or examples are general and not a promise of results.

Your responsibilities

Use the app lawfully and follow all product and safety instructions for your equipment.
Handle nutrients, pH products, electricity and produce safely and keep them away from children and pets.
Make your own judgement before eating anything you grow.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the app, including crop loss, product damage, injury or illness. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer law in your country.

Price

The app is provided free of charge and contains no purchases, subscriptions or advertising.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the “Last updated” date shows the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
